The VSE VHM Series gear flow meters are engineered for high-precision measurement of abrasive or low-lubricity fluids. Their inline, positive-displacement design delivers stable, accurate flow data with minimal dead zones, making them exceptionally flushable in paint-spraying and coating processes.
Equipped with single, double, or quad resolution pickup systems, the VHM meters output clean PNP or NPN signals, providing flexible integration into various control systems. The stainless steel housing, tungsten carbide gears, and SiC bushings ensure durability under high wear conditions.
Flow range covers 0.01 to 20 l/min, with pressure up to 250 bar, operating temperatures between –20 °C and +120 °C, and viscosities from 1 to 20,000 cSt.
