The VSE VS Gear Flow Meter is a high-performance volumetric flow meter using precision-engineered gear wheels for extremely accurate flow measurement of lubricating and non-corrosive liquids. German-engineered for industrial robustness, it excels in applications requiring superior linearity and short response times. Compatible fluids include petroleum, mineral oils, paints, greases, resins, chemicals, and other viscous media.
With a flow measuring span from 0.002 to 525 L/min, pressure tolerance up to 450 bar, and operational temperatures ranging from –40 °C to +210 °C, the VS meter meets demanding process control requirements. Housing materials include grey cast iron or stainless steel, with ATEX-certified versions available for explosion-hazard zones.
The non-contact signal pickup generates precise digital pulses, and built-in VSI pre-amplifiers can further improve resolution. Output options include analog, frequency/pulse, RS‑485, CANopen, and IO-Link depending on model and integration needs.
