The Roto-Prime® self-priming centrifugal pumps are specifically engineered for the reliable transfer of petroleum products, petrochemicals, and industrial solvents. These advanced pumps are ideal for loading and off-loading tank trucks, pipeline stripping, and applications where air and vapor handling is critical.

What sets the Roto-Prime pumps apart is their unique two-in-one design. The pump integrates a variable capacity vane pump for the priming cycle and a standard centrifugal pump for fluid movement. When air or vapor is detected at the suction line, the vane pump automatically activates, transferring the air and vapor to the discharge side to prevent vapor lock and maintain suction. Once liquid flow is established, the system reverts to centrifugal operation, with the vane pump entering a neutral mode.

Designed with safety and efficiency in mind, these pumps feature:
- A heavy-duty ductile iron volute casing
- Sealed, permanently lubricated bearings
- A self-lubricated mechanical seal
- Alloy steel shaft for maximum durability
