The SLM NVT Series is a rugged, submerged magnetic-drive pump, ideal for sump and vertical tank applications.
Harnessing synchronous permanent-magnet technology, it operates leak-free, eliminates mechanical seals, and provides maintenance-free performance.
Engineered for depths up to 6 meters, the pump accommodates challenging fluids—acids, hydrocarbons, molten sulfur, sea water, and toxic or valuable clean liquids. It delivers up to 3 500 m³/h flow and 220 m head, functioning reliably in temperatures from –40 °C to +300 °C and pressures to PN 63 (or PN 100 per project).
Detailed design includes SiC journal bearings lubricated by the pumped fluid, and anti-friction bearings, ensuring smooth, durable operation. The containment shell ensures full hermetic separation, meeting stringent safety and environmental regulations.
Construction is stainless steel (1.4408/1.0619), with possible upgrades to duplex or titanium. Optional features include casing heating, filtration, and motor configurations tailored to installation needs .
