The SLM NHO Series offers a robust, sealless mag-drive pump solution for high-temperature and harsh chemical services. Its permanent-magnet synchronous drive system ensures hermetic sealing—eliminating leakage risk and no mechanical seal wear.
Operating across a range from –120 °C to +450 °C without cooling jackets, the SLM NHO achieves flows up to 1,200 m³/h and heads to 215 m, with optional pressure rating to PN 400.
The pump uses silicon carbide (SSiC) product-lubricated journal bearings, with an optional oil-lubricated bearing bracket permitting long service life and easy maintenance. The modular design enables close-coupled configurations using standard IEC/NEMA motors—reducing complexity and boosting availability.
With a hermetic containment shell, the SLM NHO is perfect for handling aggressive, explosive, or toxic fluids, including heat-transfer oils, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, liquid gases, and more—making it highly versatile for chemical, petrochemical, refineries, pharmaceutical, heat treatment, and power plants.
